Charles Humberto Cezar, 39 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was found drunk and attempting to enter into vehicles inside the Swan Lake Mobile Home Park
Cezar is charged with public drunk, criminal trespass and entering an automobile with the intent to commit a theft or felony.
