Two Chattooga County teens, Lincoln Derrick Maddux, 19 of Trion, and Joshua Kaleb Maynard Jr, 19 of Lyerly were arrested in Rome on drug and alcohol charges following a traffic stop on North Broad and Duke Streets.
Reports said that police not only found an open container of alcohol but marijuana as well.
Both men are charged with possession of marijuana, misrepresentation of age to purchase alcohol and open container.
Maynard is additionally charged with DUI and improper lane change.
