William Tray Mears Jr, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shoved his wife to the ground during an altercation at their East 13th Street home.
Police added that that incident occurred in front of a 9 and 5 year-old child.
Reports went on to say that Mears proceeded to place a dent in the victim’s car hood and break off a mirror.
Mears is charged with battery, cruelty to children and criminal trespass.
