Isaiah Sewell, 22 of Summerville, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he yelled at and threatened to kill everyone in the room at the Redmond ER.
The incident occurred just before midnight Tuesday.
Sewell is charged with disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and acts and interference with government property.
