Nicklous Yvone Barnes, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found with a glass pipe containing methamphetamine during a traffic stop on 1st Street and Burlington Streets.
Reports said that the initial stop was done due to a seat belt violation.
Barnes is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, seat belt violation and driving on a suspended license.
