Two Romans,, Rory Rose Boozer, 18 and Elvis Billy Nolasco, 21, were arrested this week after police said they found them in possession of close to 118 grams of marijuana that was individually bagged for resale.
Reports added that officers also found THC wax and three bongs in their possession.
Both are charged with possession of a scheduled one substance, possession of over an ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of drug-related objects.
