Robert Michael Byers, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports stated he was found with in possession of child pornography.
Reports stated that Byarrs used electronic devices to download and distribute images which depicted children being sexually abused.
Buyers is charged with two counts of computer pornography, possession of material depicting minors in sexually explicit conduct, and probation violation.
