A Rome contractor, Danny Michael Mulkey, 51 of Silver Creek, was arrested in Cherokee County Alabama recently and charged with working without a contractor licenses.
According to his webpage, Mulkey founded his company is 1991 and performs such task as landscaping and construction projects.
He was charged with residential building without a license.
