Amber Nicole Richard, 29 of Chattanooga Tennessee, was arrested in Rome this week and then was later found with ecstasy inside the jail.
Authorities stated that Richard was originally charged with DUI following a traffic stop at the intersection of the loop in Calhoun Road.
Police went on to say that after arriving at the jail she was found in possession of ecstasy. You line
Richard is charged with possession of a schedule 1 controlled substance, crossing the guard line with drugs and DUI.
