Summervillle police arrested four individuals; Jayla Watts, 21, George Jevard Williams II, 22, both of Rome, Jamal Johnson, 32, and Corsica Johnson, 27, both of Summerville, this week after they were allegedly found with over a pound of methamphetamine, a .357 Magnum revolver, a THC cartridge along with weighing and packaging materials as well as $1,703.60 in cash.

Reports said that the items were discovered in a vehicle at George’s Quick store.

Following officers locating the 1.1 pound bag of meth, which has a street value of $10,000, a narcotics agent was called to the scene.

A search warrant was then issued for a home on 134 Seventh Street in Summerville. It was there officers stated that they recovered 18 grams of meth, .5 grams of heroin, 7 grams of marijuana and $1,670 in currency to go along with weighing and packaging materials.

Watts and Williams are both charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth within 1,000 feet of a housing project, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a schedule I drug and possession of drug related objects.

Johnson and Johnson were both charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of meth within 1,000 feet of a housing project, possession of a schedule I drug and possession of drug related objects.
