Josie Lane Barker, 23 of Trion, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said she acted disorderly while being under the influence of drugs
Reports stated that Barker was found stumbling on Calhoun Road while under the influence of some type of drug. While police stopped to investigate Barker became combative and resisted officers commands.
She was taken to Floyd Medical Center to be looked at. While there she is accused of using profane language and attempted to fight with staff.
Barker is charged with disorderly conduct, pedestrian under the influence of drugs and obstruction of law enforcement.
