Manuel Verdin, 29 of Oneonta, Alabama, was arrested in Rome after police conducted a traffic stop due to them selling a marijuana odor coming from his car.
Reports said that after being stopped and searched officers located marijuana and cocaine.
Verdin is charged with possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.
