Terrell Eugene Edmondson, 39 of Rome, was arrested at Kroger this week after reports said he attempted to steal over $336 worth of merchandise. Reports stated that Edmondson walked out of the door without paying and then refused to stop for an officer. He is charged with shoplifting and obstruction.
