Brooks Coe Crider, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he kidnapped and beat a woman at a home on North 2nd Avenue.
Reports said that Crider “moved the victim from one point to another without consent”, then proceeded to kick her during the incident. Crider is charged with kidnapping and simple battery
