Casey Matthew Smith, 31 of Rome, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he allegedly refused to cooperate with police while working as a manager at Mellow Mushroom on Broad Street in Rome.
Reports said that Smith refused to comply with police while they were investigating a battery case that involved his girlfriend as the aggressor.
Smith is charged with obstruction.
