Floyd County police Joshua Michael Tinley, 26 of Chattooga County, was arrested this week after reports said officers found a glass smoking pipe in his rectum following a traffic stop on Burnett Ferry Road in Rome .
He was also found with suspected gabapentin and oxycondone.
Three others in the vehicle, Jacob Eric Reynolds, 22, Reisha Danielle Hughes, 29, Joshua Michael Tinley, 26, and Alexandria Ariana Zayas, 29, all of Chattooga County were also arrested on various charges.
Reports stated that Zayas was found with Oxycodone, Hughes also allegedly attempted to throw the drugs out of the car window to prevent officers from finding them.
Tinley is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession or distribution of dangerous drugs and possession of drug related objects.
Zayas is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
Reynolds is charged with driving on a suspended license.
Hughes is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and tampering with evidence.
