Jonathon Alberto Hernandez, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was found in possession of numerous bags of marijuana while being stopped for speeding at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Glen Milner Blvd.
Reports said that the total weight of the drugs was “well over an ounce”.
Police added that he was also in possession of a digital scale.
Hernandez is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, DUI drugs, speeding and possession of drug related objects.
