The Georgia Department of Health releases its latest numbers for long-term care facilities reporting COVID-19 this week.

The only increase in Floyd County comes from 5th Avenue Health Care. Their facility list three resident cases, up two, in addition to three staff members, which is up one from the last report.

So far in Floyd County, Rome Health and Rehab, Chulio Hills, Seven Hills Place, Evergreen Health and Rehabilitation, Winthrop Health and Rehabilitation, and Pruitt Health have reported either a resident or staff member has tested positive.

None had a change from the last report.

In Bartow County, Maple Ridge Health Care Center reports 25 resident cases, up three from last week’s report.  They remain at nine staff cases and six deaths.

Others in Bartow County that have reported COVID-19, but did not see a change from the last report are;

Townsend Park Health and Rehabilitation, Highlands Senior Living, Tranquility of Cartersville, The Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing, and The Fountains in Cartersville.

In Gordon County, Calhoun Health Care Center listed 53 residents with COVID-19, up one from last week.
