Brian Thomas Kleine, 43 of Rome, was arrested in Rome after reports said he violated a court order when he asked a person to contact a 43 year-old woman about denture cream.
Reports said that the woman had taken out a protective order against Kleine.
Kleine is charged with aggravated stalking.
