The Chattooga County Sheriffs Office and the Georgia State Patrol are finishing up working the fatal crash scene on Highway 27 near Pennville Church of Christ.
Haley Brianna Smith, 22, of Summerville was fatally injured in the crash.
The driver of the other vehicle was transported to a Rome Hospital in serious condition.
