Taj Jacob Battles, 17 of Trion, was arrested this week after reports said that while wrestling with another person he broke a glass pane at a local business on Riverbend Drive in Rome.
Reports said that the damage was estimated at $700.
Battles is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property.
