Jahiem Lashad Harris, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he told a 14 year-old that he was going to “blow a gasket in him”.
Reports stated that the minor was placed in fear of their life.
Harris is charged with terroristic threats and acts and cruelty to children
