Alexieous Daya Johnson, 41 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said police found him in possession of numerous baggies containing marijuana.
Reports added that Johnson was also found with a digital scale.
Authorities went on to state that he told police that he sold each bag for $5.
Johnson is charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects and probation violation.
