Trey Lamar Martin, 23 of Jefferson, was booked into the Floyd County Jail after he was allegedly found to be in possession of over 10 ounces of marijuana while an inmate at the Floyd County Prison.
Martin was turned over to the jail following his sentence.
Martin is charged with items prohibited by an inmate.
