Tevin Monquez Brown, 22 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome after he allegedly touched a child’s buttocks back in July.
Reports said that the victim was under the age of 16 years. Reports added that the act was done “with the intent to satisfy the sexual desires of either the child or the person”.
Brown is charged with two counts child molestation.
