Taylor Lindsey Tapp, 25 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested this week after reports said she was found at a home in Rome trying to get into a car.
Reports said that Trapp told authorities that she was trying to get into the car because she was “cold”
Tapp is charged with prowling and criminal trespass.
