A Cedar Bluff man, Charles Lowell Snead II, 42, was arrested in Rome this week at the Movies at Berry Berry after reports said he grabbed a woman by the shirt and attempted to pull her out of a car.
Reports said that the woman’s clothing was ripped and her body was left with markings.
Snead is charged with battery.
