Baxter Hamilton Seguin, 28 of Lincoln, Nebraska, was arrested at a sports bar on the 200 block of Broad Street in Rome after causing a scene and and ignoring officers commands to leave.
Reports said that Sequin was asked numerous times to leave the business while attempting to “disrupt the peace” of the business.
Seguin is charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and obstruction of law enforcement.
