Precious Karen Echols, 28 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she intentionally ran over a victim with her car at a location on Runway Drive.
Several children were witness to the assault.
Echols is charged with aggravated assault and cruelty to children.
Reports added that Echols then allegedly offered the victim $1,500 to drop the charges.
She was charged with influencing a witness as a result of the acts.
