Dustin Lee Barker, 30 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after he allegedly violated a protection order just minutes after the court issued one to him.
Reports said that Barker called the victim, left voicemails and notes on her mailbox of her home.
Barker is charged with aggravated stalking.
