Richard Herbertson, 64 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he threatened to blow up an apartment building on Dodd Blvd with an oxygen bottle and a lighter.
Reports added that Herbertson used curse and profane language during the threats, which also occurred in front of children.
Herbertson is charged with seven counts terroristisc threats and acts, disorderly conduct and two counts cruelty to children.
