Heather Mae Justice, 38 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she was found in possession of Clonazepam pills that were not prescribed to her.
Reports said that officers found the pills in a folded up headache powder packet at her Park Road home.
Justice is charged with felony possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drugs not in the original container and a probation violation.
