Justin Caleb Hufstetler, 30 of Rome, was jailed this week at Armuchee Park after reports said he admitted to using meth and was also found with a baggie containing the suspected drug.
Reports added that Hufstetler also admitted to police that the substance in the bag was indeed meth.
Hufstetler is charged with possession of meth.
