Linda Michelle McCary, 49 of Summerville, was jailed at the Floyd County Department of Family and Children’s Service after she allegedly attempted to give a local prison inmate 5 cans of Grizzly snuff.
Reports said that McCary left the snuff in the wood line of the DFCS office for an inmate to get.
McCary is charged with items prohibited for inmates.
