Dennis Dewey Jordan, 58 of Silver Creek, was arrested at Walgreens this week after reports said was found passed out drunk on the sidewalk.
Reports added that Jordan proceeded to hit a police officer when he attempted to wake him up.
Police went on to say that Jordan then cursed and yelled at store employees and customers.
Jordan is charged with public drunk, simple battery against a police officer, disorderly conduct, felony obstruction, giving false information to police.
