Ernesto Manuel Cano, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly punched a man in the face after being told to leave a business on the 200 block of Broad Street.
Cano has since been deported back to his home country.
Cano is charged with battery of a police officer, criminal trespass and obstruction.
