Hannah Elrod, 26, of Menlo and Ciara Beene, 25, of LaFayette were arrested in Rome this week for being a party to a crime and theft.
According to police, the two were loitering around 100 Hwy 411, which is the address of Riverside Cadillac and Riverside Chevrolet. While there Beene stole property depriving it from its owner. Elrod was present when the theft took place.
Elrod is charged with party to a crime and loitering.
Beene is charged with theft by taking and loitering.
