Armand Ford, 19, Xavier Martin, 24, and Roy Price, 34, all of Summerville were arrested in Rome this week for being in possession of drugs.
According to police, Martin was driving a vehicle when he committed an improper lane change. When police officers performed a traffic stop, officers smelled a strong odor of marijuana. A search was conducted on the vehicle. During the search more than an ounce of marijuana, a digital scale, and four THC wax cigarillos were found.
The three denied that any of the items recovered were theirs.
The three are charged with felony possession of more than an ounce of marijuana, felony possession of a schedule I controlled substance (THC wax), felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of drug-related objects.
Martin is additionally charged with an improper lane change.
