Juan Valencia, 18, of Canton was arrested this week at Big Texas Valley Beach for underage drinking and sexual battery.
According to police, Valencia touched an intimate body part of an underage victim after repeatedly being told to stop by the victim.
Valencia also used a South Carolina fake identification that stated he was born in 1996 to by alcohol for himself and the others present who were all under 21-years-old.
Valencia is charged with sexual battery, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and false identification.
