Jason Edwards, 31, of Kingston was arrested this week for hitting a minor in July 2018.
On July 24, 2018, Edwards allegedly hit the 17-year-old victim without provocation. As a result, the victim was sent to the hospital with a broken nose and injured shoulders.
Edwards is charged with felony cruelty to children in the first degree and misdemeanor battery.
