Adairsville Police Department were flagged down late last week and received a report of an alleged sexual assault and domestic violence assault against an adult female.
After an investigation of the claim police arrested Larry Allen Carroll, age 41, of Adairsville, and charged him with Rape, Aggravated Sodomy, Battery, Obstructing Emergency Telephone Call, Cruelty To Children 3rd Degree and Misdemeanor Theft by Taking.
