Trion Man Arrested for Injuring Another During Road Rage Incident

James Charles Woody, 36 of Trion, was arrested in Rome after police said he seriously injured a 47 year-old Kingston man while driving aggressively.

Reports said that the victim suffered a fractured jaw and an eye injury back on March 30^th at the intersection of Ga 140 and US 27.

Woody is charged with aggravated battery and aggravated battery.
