Paul Alexandre Chadwick, 33 of Centre, was arrested in Rome this week after police said he attempted to conceal a shirt from Belks at Mount Berry Mall.
Reports went on to say that he also put a hat on and walked around the store.
After being taken into custody it was discovered that Chadwick was wanted on felony warrants in Cherokee and Floyd Counties.
Chadwick is charged theft by shoplifting, fugitive from justice, bail jumping, and two counts of failure to appear.
