Derek Bradley Sisson, 30 of Kingston, was jailed this week after police said that while being questioned for driving on suspended license he attempted to run in an effort to avoid arrest.
Reports added that after being captured search a gun was located on his possession. Police also found out that Sisson is a convicted felon, which means he was not allowed by law to possess a gun.
Sisson is charged with driving on a suspended license, obstruction of police and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
