Brooklyn Nicole Babb, 20 of Rome, was arrested over the weekend after police said she was found with partially burned heroin and aluminum foil and two syringes.
Reports said that she was taken into custody at a home on Shoreline Drive.
Babb is charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug related objects.
