Cortney Keon Jackson, 35 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he hit a woman in the face before chocking her and placing her in “fear of her life”
Police stated that the woman suffered marks to her face.
The victim told authorities that Jackson held her down and “intentionally allowed” a minor child to watch the altercation to occur.
Reports said that the incident occurred back on September 23, 2017.
Jackson is charged with aggravated assault, battery, false imprisonment, cruelty to children and failure to appear.
