According to reports a 22-year-old Chattooga County man, identified as Corey Joey Boyd, was killed Thursday morning as the result of a wreck on Black’s Bluff Road.
Reports said that the wreck occurred George Road near the state line.
Authorities said that Boyd drifted into the opposite lane striking a truck, being driven by Verdon Hogue, 68 of Adairsville.
Hogue was entrapped and had to be extricated. He was listed in serious condition as of last report.
