A homeless 45 year-old Rome woman, Tina Christina Potts, found herself behind bars this week after she allegedly called 911 and informed them that she had been drinking, but that there was no existing emergency.
Potts was taken into custody at a location on Chateau Drive.
Potts is charged with unlawful conduct during a 911 call.
