Last weekend, a sheriff’s deputy reported to an Old Hwy 27 residence to investigate a theft. Fish Freeman told the the responding officer that she had noticed her four wheeler missing around 8:30 am that morning.

She reported that she and her husband had ridden the four-wheeler the previous night. When finished, they had parked it against the front porch and left the keys in it. She stated that she remembered seeing it from her window around 1 am that same night. She also stated that her dogs had woken her up around four am, barking loudly. She did not think much of it at the time, however.

Neither she, nor her husband, remembers hearing any other noises that night. The four-wheeler in question is white 2205 Yamaha Raptor 660. It is estimated to be worth around $3000. It has a UGA Bulldogs sticker on one of the fenders. There are currently no suspects in regards to the crime.
