Jeremy Shane Oberry, 38 of Kingston, was arrested this week after police said he gave a dog narcotics, which resulted in the dog suffering physical pain and suffering.
Police added that Oberry then admitted to police to driving on a suspended license. A search of Oberry uncovered marijuana
Oberry is charged with cruelty to animals, possession of marijuana and driving on suspended license.
